Wine Luminaries Establish New Training & Development Program

April 22, 2026 — At a time when the current wine landscape is challenged, two industry professionals launch Full Glass Leadership with the ambition to cultivate and strengthen emerging leaders for a brighter future.

Who: Anna Maria Ponzi, Director of The Center for Wine Education at Linfield University & past Owner/President of Ponzi Vineyards and Sukhi Martinez, Vice President of Women in Wine & former VP of National Accounts at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits.

What: Full Glass Leadership provides development tools, growth opportunities and executive coaching for wine and beverage business professionals and organizations.

Why: FGL believes there are visionary, bold leaders in the community who could greatly benefit from developing skills and obtaining the tools to support new ways of thinking. The mission of FGL is to develop and empower more leaders with an innovative, abundant mindset to elevate their own personal performance and their organization’s success.

How: In-person workshops, customized programs, a cohort for a six-week program, personalized coaching and networking opportunities are offered for individuals and organizations.

Where: Upcoming workshops take place in the Willamette Valley and Portland Metro area. Virtual coaching sessions and customized programs can be arranged in any location. Although based in Oregon, FGL supports businesses across the nation in the wine and beverage industry who want to drive progress.

When: The first quarterly workshop will be held on May 20th, followed by sessions in August and November 2026. A cohort for a six-week program called The Collective forms in January 2027. Custom workshops, and individual coaching are ongoing.
