New 2021 and 2022 vintages now available at Corollary’s Amity tasting room, select retailers and online
March 24, 2026 (Amity, OR) — After a season of selling out all previous releases, Corollary Wines has announced five new wines from the 2021 and 2022 vintages, each aged 30 to 42 months en tirage before disgorgement. The small-production wines are now available at Corollary’s tasting room in Amity and online for direct purchase as demand continues to grow for Oregon-grown sparkling wine.

The spring lineup includes new vintages of Corollary’s Cuvée One, X-Omni Blanc de Blancs, Namaste Blanc de Blancs, Cuvée One Rosé and Momtazi Carbonic Rosé, several of the winery’s most sought-after bottles.
“Extended aging en tirage is what makes these wines such a slow, patient and special process,” said Jeanne Feldkamp, co-founder of Corollary Wines. “We’ve been building toward these releases since the 2021 and 2022 harvests, and each time we finally uncork a new vintage it feels incredibly rewarding. After a busy year where many of our releases sold out, we’re thrilled to share these new wines and welcome visitors to taste them for themselves. We’re especially excited to release new vintages of our carbonic rosé and two blanc de blancs—wines that never seem to stay around for very long!”
Visitors to Corollary’s design-forward tasting room in Amity will also see several new additions this spring and summer, including bee-friendly pollinator landscaping, grazing sheep to support the property’s permaculture efforts, and an edible garden. The tasting room offers sweeping views of the Van Duzer Corridor and the Coast Range, with both indoor and outdoor spaces designed for year-round visits.
Spring 2026 Releases
2022 Cuvée One ($50)
The 2022 vintage offers notes of golden peach, blueberry skin, ginger and flint with a refreshing saline finish. Separate base wines were produced from each vineyard lot, whole-cluster pressed and fermented with Quartz yeast in neutral oak. The wine is aged on lees for nine months and en tirage for 30 months, with approximately 75% of the wine undergoing malolactic fermentation.
2021 X-Omni Blanc de Blancs ( $85)
Crafted from 17 chardonnay clones co-planted in a single vineyard block, this field blend highlights site expression. The wine shows notes of oyster shell, honeydew melon and citrus with layers of toast and warm madeleine. 42 months en tirage.
2021 Namaste Blanc de Blancs ( $70)
Sourced from some of the oldest chardonnay vines in the Van Duzer Corridor AVA, this wine offers crystalline acidity and flavors of honeycrisp apple, pineapple upside-down cake, allspice and nutmeg. 42 months en tirage.
2022 Cuvée One Rosé ($60)
This rosé sparkling wine delivers savory and aromatic notes of umeboshi plum, grilled nectarine, bay leaf and mandarin. 30 months en tirage.
2022 Momtazi Carbonic Rosé ($75)
Produced from biodynamically farmed fruit at Momtazi Vineyard, this distinctive sparkling rosé shows flavors of strawberry candy, thyme and rose petal. The wine is made using carbonic maceration, where whole clusters ferment under CO2 for nine days before pressing, creating vibrant fruit character and a striking pink hue. 30 months en tirage.

About Corollary Wines
Corollary Wines, founded by Jeanne Feldkamp and Dan Diephouse, has been creating distinctive traditional method sparkling wines in Oregon’s Willamette Valley since 2017. The couple began their path to winemaking by learning as much as possible about sparkling wine through tastings, visiting their favorite grower-producers in premier sparkling regions around the world, and eventually experimenting with traditional-method sparkling cider in their garage. They are dedicated to exploring the terroir of the Willamette Valley and its expression in every bottle. Intention, care, and precision are paramount in every detail in their process—from grape growing to winemaking to the guest experience.
Corollary opened its tasting room in May 2024. Designed in collaboration with Waechter Architecture and Heirloom Modern, the space earned a Citation Award from the American Institute of Architects.
Jeanne and Dan are part of the founding team of Method Oregon, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit established in 2026 to champion Oregon’s rapidly growing traditional method sparkling wine movement. Both currently serve on the organization’s board of directors. In 2026, Jeanne was honored with the Outstanding Industry Leadership Award from Oregon Wine Board, recognizing individuals whose exemplary commitment and innovative leadership have significantly advanced the Oregon wine industry.
Corollary currently produces about 2000 cases annually. The company is committed to working with growers who follow sustainable farming practices. As an extension of this commitment, Corollary acquired a 57-acre property in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA in 2022 that has been planted specifically for sparkling wines. Management of the property is guided by regenerative agriculture principles.
Corollary offers a 6 or 12 bottle wine club where members get first access to new and limited release wines, including magnums and extended tirage bottlings. For more information, visit corollarywines.com and follow @corollarywines on Instagram and Facebook.
