Gratsi Launches Sparkling Italian Blanc-de-Blanc, Capping off Landmark Year

Retail Sales Up 400% and Online Sales Up 61% YoY, Underscoring Accelerating Brand Momentum

December 12, 2025 (Austin, TX)Gratsi has announced the latest addition to its rapidly expanding wine portfolio, a sparkling Blanc-de-Blanc crafted from 100% Italian Chardonnay grapes. Sourced from vineyards in the Veneto region, the new release delivers vibrant citrus and almond notes balanced by a dry, creamy finish.

The launch arrives at the height of a breakout year for Gratsi. In 2025, the brand delivered major gains in both retail and e-commerce. Retail sales rose 400% to more than 80,000 cases across 1,600 doors in five markets including CT, MD, NJ, DE, and DC. Online sales climbed 61% year-over-year.

Gratsi also earned national recognition, including being named #1 Best Boxed Wine in the USA Today Readers’ Choice Awards, receiving an Editor’s Choice honor from Wine Enthusiast, and appearing on the TODAY Show, signaling the brand’s momentum.

“2025 has been a year of incredible growth for Gratsi,” said Founder/CEO Stephen Vlahos. “We are grateful to see our wines resonating with so many people. Launching our sparkling Blanc-de-Blanc feels like the perfect way to celebrate that momentum and continue delivering exceptional, accessible wines.”

The sparkling white joins Gratsi’s lineup of beloved wines, available through Gratsi’s online shop and select retailers.

About Gratsi
Gratsi was founded on a love for Mediterranean living: slow mornings, local food, and the kind of conversations that linger late into the evening. In a fast-paced world, the brand offers a return to simple, intentional enjoyment. Sourced from hand-selected vineyards across Europe, the brand avoids the 76 FDA-approved additives commonly used in mass-market wines, choosing instead a clean, straightforward approach. Gratsi reimagines boxed wine with premium, sustainably packaged wines crafted by generational Mediterranean vintners. Each box contains four bottles’ worth of wine, stays fresh for weeks, and uses 85% less waste than traditional glass. With no added sugar, low sulfites, and nothing unnecessary, Gratsi offers wine designed for slowing down, whether over a weeknight supper or a long-table dinner with friends.
