The new video highlights the shared values of precision, elegance, and partnership that define both the art of classical dressage and the winemaking philosophy behind Dressage Wines. Filmed at Sabine’s Southern California training facility, the piece captures the harmony between horse and rider, reflecting the same balance and finesse expressed in every bottle.

Dressage Wines is, for now, focused exclusively on Pinot Noir, crafted with an emphasis on subtlety, refinement, and approachability. Grapes are sourced from select coastal vineyards where cool evening breezes and gentle morning fog produce wines of elegance, aromatic lift, and graceful structure.
Winemaker Meghan Daniels, a UC Davis alumna renowned for her precision and artistry, carefully crafts each vintage. The 2024 Pinot Noir offers a bright, expressive profile of cherry, raspberry, and tea leaf layered with subtle spice and a silky finish. Sourced from the cool-climate vineyards of Monterey County, this wine is both polished and approachable—true to the Dressage style, and now produced with even greater precision and depth.
