An Evening of Wine, Community, and Brotherhood Supporting Student Scholarships
August 11, 2025 (Los Angeles, CA) — Cathedral High School invites alumni, families, and friends to raise a glass for an important cause at the First Annual Phantom Pour, a wine tasting fundraiser taking place on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Cathedral High School.
This inaugural Phantom Pour honors the lasting legacy of two beloved former members of the Phantom family, Willie Marin (Class of 1967) and Brother Timothy. Their commitment to Cathedral’s mission continues to inspire generations of Phantoms. The evening will be dedicated to celebrating their substantial contributions to Cathedral High School while raising critical scholarship funds to support students facing financial hardship.
Guests will enjoy:
- Curated wine tastings by featured vintners
- Gourmet hors d’oeuvres including charcuterie boards, Spanish-style empanadas, salads, and seasonal fruit
- Live jazz music and dancing
- A commemorative gift and two raffle tickets valued at $100 each
- A vibrant silent auction to further support the cause
