June 10, 2025 (Los Olivos, CA) — Demetria Estate, a 213-acre family-owned and biodynamically farmed vineyard estate in the Santa Ynez Valley, is kicking off summer with Live Music Sundays and the return of its beloved Movie Nights in the Vineyard series. Located just off Foxen Canyon Road in the idyllic town of Los Olivos, CA, Demetria Estate is often described as one of the area’s best-kept secrets, known for its old-world Mediterranean aesthetic, genuine hospitality and exceptional wines.
Now through Labor Day weekend, guests are invited to enjoy live guitar sets by local music aficionado and longtime vinyl record dealer, Ray Fortune, on the estate patio every Sunday from 12-4 p.m. Winery guests will also find Ray spinning eclectic vinyl record sets at the winery on Friday afternoons throughout the summer. Set beneath ancient oak trees with sweeping vineyard views, these relaxed afternoons offer a rotating lineup of Rhône and Burgundian varietal wines that are balanced, elegant and expressive of place. Tasting flights are available for $30 per person and guided by the small and deeply knowledgeable team. Wines are also available by the bottle and by the glass. Starting in July, Demetria Estate will bring back Movie Nights in the Vineyard, its popular family-friendly outdoor film series under the stars. At 6:30 p.m., evenings begin with sunset dinner and wine on the patio before guests are invited to settle in on the lower lawn for a classic film screening.
The $220 per couple ($75 for kids) ticket includes a buffet-style dinner, a glass of wine, a bottle to enjoy during the movie and unlimited popcorn and movie candy. To reserve tickets, please email inquiries@demetriaestate.com.
