Hampton Water Appoints Wine & Spirits Industry Veteran as New CEO

March 3rd – Michael Misiorski is an industry leader who has been recognized for his approach to coaching and mentoring, using empathy to inspire and develop employees, while achieving fantastic financial results.

With more than three decades of industry experience, he is the newest addition to an already outstanding team of bev alc professionals. He previously worked at Sagamore Spirit, Edrington, Stoli Group USA, Bacardi, and Absolut Spirits. Having led teams of up to 200+ in beverage industries, he is sure to make waves with Hampton Water’s iconic brand.

Ongoing change has been a major part of Michael’s career and life, since frequent relocations were a normal aspect of growing up in a military family. These early experiences provided him with an adaptability that he now leverages to drive innovative solutions and while managing top-and bottom-line growth.  His experiences with establishing operations, managing reorganizations, and strong financial acumen will help drive the company to continued profitable growth. 

Outside of work, Michael’s leadership skills span throughout professional and charitable organizations. These include serving on the board of the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS), and volunteering for nonprofits.
