Don Sebastiani & Sons Appoints Alex Innocent as New Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

NAPA, Calif. (October 11, 2022) — Don Sebastiani & Sons, industry-leading producer of award-winning wines and ready-to-serve cocktails, announces the appointment of Alex Innocent to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Reporting to CEO Omar Percich, Innocent will assume responsibility of the company’s global sales and marketing departments based in Napa, California.

Innocent joins Don Sebastiani & Sons with an extensive resume of industry leadership in marketing, analytics, and innovation. Most recently, he served as Director of Brand Marketing for The Hess Collection Winery overseeing strategic planning, marketing, business intelligence, pricing, and public relations. Previously, he held integral positions at MolsonCoors in Chicago focused on pricing strategy and analytics, which included crafting advanced pricing schemes for Miller Lite and Coors Light, in addition to their burgeoning craft beer portfolio. Innocent holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of California, Davis.
