August 8th – Demptos Napa Cooperage welcomes Tabitha Ladendorf as Barrel Sales Representative for the Central Coast. Tabitha joins Demptos with Enology experience from Rancho Capistrano Winery and Kelsey See Canyon Vineyard, as well as Booker Vineyard located on the Central Coast. She is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University with a B.S. in Enology. In her free time she enjoys home-brew experimentation, playing pickleball, being at the beach, traveling, snowboarding, wake surfing, and hot yoga.
