Oakville Grocery & Atelier Fine Foods Open to Serve Community

Boisset CollectionWe know that most people are spending a lot of time at home these days and want to inform our customers how Boisset Collection is serving the community by providing options for bringing wines into homes; broadcasting streaming virtual tastings, happy hours and shows; and by operating Oakville Grocery locations as well as Atelier Fine Foods.

Shipping is included on purchases of 6 bottles or more through the end of the month at my.boissetcollection.com with the code SPRINGCLEAN, which will also unlock up to 40% off selected wines. In addition, we have moved our annual spring sale online; this is the direct link to order about a dozen deeply discounted wines. After the online sale ends, customers will be contacted to make reservations to pick up their wines on Saturday, April 4 and April 6 through 11.

People who wish to purchase non-sale wines or wine club members who want to pick up their wines can do so via curbside pick-up appointments at Raymond Vineyards, Buena Vista Winery and DeLoach Vineyards via CellarPass.com (links to RaymondBuena Vista and DeLoach). JCB wines can be picked up from Raymond and DeLoach, while Wattle Creek wines will be available at DeLoach.

We want to keep our community connected online while our tasting rooms/lounges are closed and events postponed. Join Jean-Charles for daily Facebook Live virtual happy hour broadcasts at 6 p.m. as he opens bottles and takes questions from online viewers. On Thursday, March 26, in place of the daily happy hour, Jean-Charles will appear on CellarPass TV from 6 to 7 p.m. with stand-up comic Jenny Zigrino whose show at Buena Vista had to be canceled. It promises to be an entertaining hour, with the irrepressible vintner, designer and entrepreneur alongside the comic who is a rising star in Hollywood. In addition, both Jean- Charles and sommelier Marnie Old have recorded digital happy hours that air every Saturday at 6 p.m. on the Boisset Collection Facebook page as well (the first one from last Saturday, March 21, is available now).

While Oakville Wine Merchant’s physical doors are temporarily closed to guests, we have started daily online offers that enable customers to order the highly allocated, hard-to-find wines for home delivery. The “Rabbit Recommends” emails have featured cult classics Screaming Eagle and Opus One as well as Boisset wines including 1881 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon and JCB No. 21 Crémant de Bourgogne. To receive these emails, please sign up for the mailing list at the bottom of the Oakville Grocery website. Another way to stay connected to the newest Boisset property is to view the video series featuring Wine Director Walter Hamlin talking about our wide-ranging wine offerings at Oakville Wine Merchant.

As a reminder, Oakville Grocery in Oakville and Healdsburg as well as Atelier Fine Foods in Yountville are offering convenient curbside pick-up and a 15% discount for locals. In addition, the Oakville location is offering local delivery and Atelier is now offering a selection of Boisset Collection wines. Menus are available online at www.atelierfinefoods.com and www.oakvillegrocery.com and shoppers can call in advance to place an order that will be brought to the car when they arrive. In addition, the stores are open for guests to browse the wide selections and take home both prepared and packaged foods. Customers can also save 15% on online purchases with the code FAMILY15.
