The DTMA delivers skin fragmentation (without damaging seeds), increasing the surface area of the film in contact with the must. Through this enhanced contact, extraction of polyphenols and anthocyanins are greatly improved, therefore reducing maceration times up to 50%. The DTMA is easy to install, 
complete with touch screen and user-friendly controls. It optimizes the output of red wines, significantly increases productivity and guarantees the organoleptic qualities of the wine.
