October 23, 2026 (Bordeaux, France) — On Saturday, 7 November 2026, Wineand International Tasting (WIT) returns to La Cité du Vin in Bordeaux for an international wine masterclass featuring eight red wines from eight different countries.
The event uses a semi-blind tasting format: participants know the eight wines selected for the tasting, but not the order in which they are served. This creates an opportunity to evaluate the wines through tasting, comparison and discussion before identifying each glass.
WIT 2026 will be hosted by Mattia Antonio Cianca, Best Sommelier of Italy 2019 and Best Sommelier of Australia 2017. Created by Wine-and.com, WIT held its first edition in Bordeaux in 2023, followed by Porto in 2024 and Catalonia in 2025. It now returns to Bordeaux for the 2026 edition.
