PARAGRAPH, the fine non-alcoholic wine brand, expands its range with a French Chardonnay alongside its Spanish Tempranillo, bringing even More Ways to Wine.
October 2, 2026 — PARAGRAPH today announced the launch of PARAGRAPH Chardonnay, a dry white wine crafted from 100% French Chardonnay, with the alcohol gently removed to below 0.5% ABV.

The Chardonnay follows PARAGRAPH’s inaugural Spanish Tempranillo as the brand’s second release, introducing a new grape, origin and taste profile to the portfolio. With new food pairings and drinking occasions, the white broadens the PARAGRAPH range while remaining true to the same ambition: creating serious wines for more moments.
With both red and white now in the range, PARAGRAPH offers wine drinkers more choice across different meals, occasions and preferences.
“With a white, PARAGRAPH becomes more than a single wine. We’re opening up new pairings, new occasions and a different way into the brand, while staying true to the ambition we had from the start: to make serious wine part of more moments.” — Steve Arora, Founder, PARAGRAPH
A BRIGHT, LAYERED CHARDONNAY
PARAGRAPH Chardonnay is built around freshness, texture and balance.
Pure stone-fruit aromas of peach and nectarine are complemented by crisp apple, lemon, brioche and subtle toasted hazelnut. French oak adds texture and savory complexity without overwhelming the fruit. On the palate, the wine is bright and layered, with vibrant acidity, mid-palate richness and a dry, fresh finish with precision and length.
Its combination of fruit, acidity and subtle oak makes it a natural partner for seafood and shellfish, roast chicken, soft cheeses and delicately spiced dishes. Served chilled, it can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
CHARDONNAY FROM FRANCE
PARAGRAPH starts with the wine. Chardonnay was selected for its ability to combine freshness, texture and complexity, while cooler vineyard sites in Southwest France provide the acidity and fruit definition needed for the style the team wanted to create.
Altitude, together with Atlantic and Pyrenean influences, supports slower, even ripening and helps preserve freshness and aromatic definition. Cool-temperature fermentation maintains fruit purity, while partial malolactic fermentation and maturation in French oak bring additional texture, fullness and complexity.
“With Chardonnay, I was looking for a wine that could combine freshness with real texture and complexity. The cooler sites we selected in Southwest France give us the natural acidity and fruit definition we need, while partial malolactic fermentation and French oak bring fullness through the mid-palate. The result is bright and precise, but also layered and complete.” — Duncan Shouler, Head WInemaker, PARAGRAPH
A DIFFERENT GRAPE, THE SAME PARAGRAPH PHILOSOPHY
Each PARAGRAPH wine begins with deliberate choices around grape, origin and style, followed by winemaking designed around the character the team wants to preserve through alcohol removal.
The Chardonnay was developed through tasting and blending sessions involving Duncan Shouler and Familia Muga, PARAGRAPH’s strategic wine partner. Familia Muga works with the team across both red and white wines, helping refine the profile of each wine and approve the final blends before release.
Alcohol is removed using low-temperature vacuum distillation at approximately 30°C (86°F), together with integrated aroma-capture technology. Aromatic compounds captured during the process are reintegrated into the wine, helping preserve its character. No flavors are added.
For wine drinkers already familiar with PARAGRAPH through the Tempranillo, Chardonnay brings a new set of pairings and occasions. For those discovering PARAGRAPH through a white wine, it offers another way into the brand.
Different grape. Different origin. Different style. The same PARAGRAPH philosophy.
AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1
PARAGRAPH Chardonnay launches on October 1, 2026, alongside the existing PARAGRAPH Tempranillo and is available on the brand’s website http://www.paragraph.wine at $38 a bottle.
The addition of Chardonnay brings both red and white into the PARAGRAPH range ahead of the holiday season, giving hosts and guests non-alcoholic wine options across a broader variety of menus and occasions.
