September 30, 2026 (Napa, CA) — Napa Valley-based creative agency DESIGNTHIS! is welcoming graphic designer Victoria Rogers to its award-winning team, bringing strong illustration and design skills along with a personal passion for the worlds of food, wine, fashion and travel.
For Rogers, the new position marks a return to DESIGNTHIS!, the woman-owned branding and design agency celebrating 30 years of elevating brands through brilliant design, impactful strategy, and responsive service.
Rogers returns to Napa after working for several years as an in-house graphic designer for a high-end fashion firm in her hometown of Hilton Head, South Carolina. The experience further developed her understanding of how thoughtful design and visual storytelling can shape the way consumers experience an ultra-premium brand.
After graduating from Francis Marion University in South Carolina, Rogers spent time honing her skills as an intern with DESIGNTHS!. She found a work environment she loved, clients who valued innovation, and outstanding mentorship from agency owner Kim Shaeffer and the rest of the creative team. She also quickly felt at home in Napa Valley, where her personal interests in food, wine, travel, fashion, and design intersected naturally with the agency’s top clients.
