July 23, 2026 (Oakville, CA) — Miner Family Winery is proud to announce the promotion of Greg Shepard to National Sales Manager. Shepard, who joined the family-owned Oakville winery in January 2025 as Western Regional Sales Manager, now oversees the winery’s wholesale business and distributor partnerships nationwide.
Shepard brings over two decades of comprehensive wine industry experience to the position, having spent more than half his life building a career across the retail, wholesale, and supplier tiers of the business. Prior to joining Miner, he spent ten years in various sales leadership roles with Breakthru Beverage, ultimately serving as Area Sales Manager, before joining Napa Valley-based importer Quintessential as Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest.

A native of Tucson, Arizona, Shepard is an avid outdoorsman and a certified rescue diver who balances his passion for building deep industry relationships with a lifelong appreciation for wine’s unique ability to bring people together.
