July 1, 2026 (Lake County, CA) — Shannon Family of Wines is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Doyle as Midwest Regional Sales Manager. In this role, Rob will report to CEO Arjun Dewan and lead sales growth and market development efforts throughout the Midwest region.
Rob brings more than 15 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, with a strong background in strategic chain management, wholesaler partnerships, and multi-market sales leadership.
Most recently, Rob served as Divisional Sales Director at Aquilini Family Wines, where he managed both strategic chains and wholesaler operations across the Central and Eastern regions. Throughout his career, Rob has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive sales growth while building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with retail and distribution partners.
Prior to joining Aquilini Family Wines, Rob held sales leadership roles at Treasury Wine Estates and Winebow. These positions helped establish his deep expertise in the three-tier system and built his reputation for delivering high-performance results across diverse wine portfolios.
