Celebrate Walla Walla Valley Wine 2026 Schedule Announced

The Region’s Signature Wine Event Returns June 19–20 with a Modern Western Twist

May 19, 2026 (Walla Walla, WA) — Tickets are now on sale for Celebrate Walla Walla Valley Wine, returning June 19–20, 2026, under a fresh theme that feels right at home in wine country: Open Range. This year’s event tips its hat to the Valley’s deep agricultural roots while leaning into the modern, collaborative spirit that makes Walla Walla Valley wine culture unlike anything else in the world.

The Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance has shaped a two-day weekend that offers something for every kind of wine lover, from the die-hard collector chasing rare library pours to the curious newcomer who wants to taste their way through 20-plus premier wineries while live music plays against a backdrop of Blue Mountain vineyard views. Tickets range from $50-$200, ensuring everyone can access a taste of the Walla Walla Valley.

“This is the 12th year of Celebrate, our signature event, and we’re excited to welcome both visitors and locals to a fresh experience inspired by an elegant western theme…think Coachella meets silk dresses, cowboy boots, and summer hats,” said Heather Scott, Executive Director of the Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance. “It’s a chance to discover new releases and vintage wines, hear stories directly from winemakers and growers, and feel a real connection to this beautiful place we call Walla Walla.”

One of the best things about how Celebrate is structured this year: the days are yours. Programming is intentionally focused on evening events, which means guests are free to roam the Valley, explore at their own pace, and discover what makes this wine region so worth the trip. Walla Walla’s wineries will be rolling out special experiences throughout the weekend, including live music, food and wine pairings, vineyard walks, and more. Whether you have a list of favorites or you’re walking in without a plan, the tasting rooms are ready for you.

THE WEEKEND AT A GLANCE

FRIDAY, JUNE 19

Collaborative Winemaker Dinners | 6:00–9:00 PM | Various Locations
The Walla Walla Valley’s collaborative spirit takes center stage on Friday night, when four dinners spread across the region each bring together multiple winemakers, great food, and the kinds of conversations you only get when the people pouring your wine are also the ones who made it. Four distinct experiences are available:

Rooted on the Range: An Estate Wine Dinner
Hosted by Capital Call Vintners, Gifford-Hirlinger + Sagemoor Estates at the Glass House, a private estate tucked inside SeVein Vineyards 20 miles outside of town. Chef Nathan Carlson brings perfectly paired food to a dinner limited to just 20 guests. Round-trip transportation included from downtown Walla Walla. $200 per person.

Hootenanny Dinner
Hosted by Echolands, Pepper Bridge Winery + itä wines at Echolands Winery. Live rock-n-roll, epic sunset views, lawn games, and BBQ chicken from Chef Penny Addison. The most laid-back way to kick off the weekend. Round-trip transportation included from downtown Walla Walla. $75 per person.

Fire & Wine
Hosted by Patterson Cellars, August Forest, Mercer Wine Estates + Time & Direction at Patterson Cellars. A casual, BBQ-inspired evening with fire-kissed food, farm-to-table sides from Mercer’s own farms, and s’mores with dessert wines around the fire pit. Round-trip transportation available. $75 per person.

Barrels & Brisket
Hosted by Moonbase Cellars + Ducleaux Cellars at Moonbase Estate Vineyard on the Southside. BBQ from Smokin Bandits, wines poured by the people who made them, and a sky full of stars. No dress code. No itinerary. Just vines, good people, and great juice. Round-trip transportation available. $75 per person.

These dinners sell out every year. Early purchase is strongly encouraged.
