April 29, 2026 (St. Helena, CA) — Trini Amador IV, a respected wine industry veteran with deep roots in the Napa and Sonoma Regions, has joined Coastal Vineyard Care Associates (CVCA) as Senior Director of North Coast Operations. In this role, Amador will leverage his experience and network in the industry to drive a creative approach to vineyard and winery management solutions for clients and partners. He will also lead efforts to build new relationships for CVCA that drive vineyard management and wineries’ success together.
Amador, also a founder of the Gracianna Winery in Healdsburg, CA, brings decades of experience in vineyard leadership at Gallo overseeing some of the most sought-after ranch assets in the world such as the famed Stagecoach, Monte Rosso and Pahlmeyer Vineyards. His experience spans both vineyard operations and business development, including partnerships with many luxury brands. Known for his relationship-driven approach and deep understanding of the vineyard-to-winery supply chain, he will work on solutions for a new and changing future where opportunities are available for those who are looking.
