Member Wineries Sweep Top Honors, Including Two Gold Medals
April 28, 2026 (Austin, TX) — Texas Wine Growers is delighted to announce that six of its member wineries earned top recognition at this year’s TEXSOM Awards. These results further validate the organization’s ongoing commitment to advancing the quality of Texas wine.
The 41st annual competition involved 19 expert judges from across the country and a professional production team dedicated to accuracy and careful evaluation of every beverage entered. Of the entries, 46 wineries received a Judges’ Selection medal, 48 Platinum medals and 121 of the competition’s highest honor, a Gold medal.
