Coravin has spent more than a decade reshaping wine culture by enabling consumers and hospitality professionals to serve and enjoy still or sparkling wine by-the-glass without compromise. Since its first commercial release in 2013, Coravin has helped unlock wine discovery and premiumization across restaurants, wine bars, and homes around the world. Today, the system is an industry standard, used in approximately 70% of the World’s Best Restaurants.

The milestone comes at a time when the wine by-the-glass category is experiencing sustained global growth. According to Coravin’s 2025 independent consumer research conducted across the US, UK, and Australia, more than half of consumers report ordering wine by-the-glass more frequently than they did two years ago. Key motivations include wine exploration, flexibility, moderation, and access to premium wines without committing to a full bottle.
Over the past decade, Coravin has continued to expand its portfolio across consumer and professional channels:
Coravin Timeless: Introduced in 2013, Coravin’s original wine by-the-glass system that launched the brand and enabled wine to be poured without removing the cork.
Coravin Pivot: Launched in 2020, Pivot gives consumer and trade professionals the flexibility to pour wine from any bottle, with any closure, while keeping the remaining wine fresh for up to four weeks.
Coravin Professional Range: Introduced in 2021, the Timeless Pro and Pivot Pro systems were developed specifically for the trade with larger Capsule Cups to accommodate 30% more argon gas per Capsule.
Coravin Sparkling: Released in 2021 after eight years of development, Coravin Sparkling perfectly preserves the flavor and bubbles of any champagne or sparkling wine for at least four weeks.
Coravin Vinitas: Launched in 2023, the Vinitas platform allows wine to be fractionalized into single serve bottles that keep fresh for up to twelve months.
Most recently, Coravin introduced its first-ever digital product, The Coravin Guide, a global discovery platform designed to help consumers find exceptional wine by-the-glass programs in cities around the world. The Guide reflects Coravin’s evolution from wine by-the-glass systems into a broader ecosystem of wine discovery.
This global shift to drinking wine by-the-glass is reflected in Coravin’s sales, with the brand experiencing double-digit revenue growth over the last two years, a trend projected to continue through 2026.
