Brian and Stephy Terrizzi Named 2025 Paso Robles Wine Industry Persons of the Year

2026 Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance Board of Directors Installed and Key Staff Roles Updated

January 28, 2026 (Paso Robles, CA) — The Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance (PRWCA) is pleased to announce Brian and Stephy Terrizzi, owners of Giornata Wines and Etto Pastificio, as the 2025 Paso Robles Wine Industry Persons of the Year. Brian and Stephy stand as true pioneers and impactful forces in the Paso Wine community, whose dual commitment to exceptional winemaking and authentic Italian cuisine has elevated the region.

Giornata started with a dream to create wines from Italian grapes grown in California, reflecting the sensibility and philosophy of Italian winemaking. The Terrizzis’ passion for Italian culture also inspired their creation of Etto Pastificio. The popular pasta factory and market in Tin City supports the community through its Etto Pasta School Program, which provides pasta to dozens of schools and thousands of California school children.

“We are truly honored by this recognition,” said Brian and Stephy Terrizzi. “Paso Robles is defined by its collaborative spirit, and we are extremely proud and grateful to be a part of this community.”

Brian and Stephy were nominated and named the 2025 Paso Robles Wine Industry Persons of the Year by PRWCA membership, which represents 500+ companies including wineries, vineyards, and associated businesses. They will be recognized by industry colleagues at the PRWCA Annual Gala on Thursday, Jan. 29 at CASS Winery (sold out). Elected officials and representatives from national, state, and local offices are also on hand to commemorate the honor.

“Each year, the Annual Gala is an opportunity for our wine community to celebrate the individuals who help drive our region forward, and we’re thrilled to honor Brian and Stephy Terrizzi this year,” said Joel Peterson, CEO of the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance. “Brian and Stephy truly embody the spirit of entrepreneurship, quality, and community that defines Paso Robles Wine Country.”
