Newly Renovated Paso Robles Inn to Anchor Celebration of Downtown Paso’s Wine and Food Scene
July 30, 2025 (Paso Robles, CA) — The spirit of Paso Robles’ historic downtown will be in full bloom this summer as the Downtown Vibe Wine Fest returns on Saturday, August 2, offering a dynamic, day-long celebration of wine, food, and music.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the recently reimagined Paso Robles Inn, the event will feature 25 downtown wineries, live music, and gourmet food, all spread across three unique, ticketed experiences from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Organized by Paso Robles’ Downtown Wine District, the event showcases wines from all 11 sub-regions of the Paso Robles AVA, plus the vibrancy and innovation that define the city’s thriving wine scene.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | The Bubbles Lounge at Tetto Rooftop Bar, Piccolo Hotel
Kick off the day with a sparkling start as 10 local producers pour their finest bubblies at the Tetto Rooftop Bar. Paired with light brunch bites, this elevated (literally!) tasting sets the tone for the day.

12:30 PM – 2:00 PM | Paso Robles Wine & Food Pairing, Matador Room at Paso Robles Inn
A more intimate experience awaits with five wineries—Dracaena, Pianetta, Seashell Cellars, Serial Wines, and Stilson Cellars—offering curated pairings alongside gourmet dishes prepared by Chef Michael Freeman and the Paso Robles Inn’s culinary team.

2:00 PM – 4:30 PM | Downtown Vibe Grand Tasting, Paso Robles Inn Grand Ballroom
The afternoon culminates with a grand tasting featuring wines from over two dozen local producers and food from five top local restaurants. Live music will accompany the festivities.

The newly revitalized Paso Robles Inn, a 136-year-old icon, now offers guests a luxury experience infused with historic charm. The Inn’s $15 million renovation features refreshed accommodations, updated event spaces, and enhanced wine programming. Culinary direction is led by Chef Michael Freeman, bringing a world-class hospitality experience to downtown Paso Robles. Upon completion of major outlet renovations in late 2025 and early 2026, the Charlie Palmer Collective will operate all food and beverage outlets at Paso Robles Inn and The Piccolo, including in-room dining and catering.
