At VintEdge Winery, located in the Napa Valley Gateway Business Park, clients can customize their winemaking experience. The 110,000-square-foot facility serves as a custom crush, barrel storage, climate-controlled cold storage warehouse, hospitality suite, and in-door space for bottling lines. Winemakers have the freedom to define their own path with the support of an experienced winemaking team assembled from locations throughout Napa Valley. Furthermore, its full-time maintenance staff ensures smooth operations throughout the year. At the same time, its housekeeping team works diligently to provide the highest degree of cleanliness.
State-of-the-art facilities with Room to Grow
In just four years, VintEdge has become a trusted partner for clients focusing on excellence. The facility accommodates its winery clients, whose production ranges from 10 to 450 tons. It can accommodate up to 2,000 tons and maintains the ability to support the needs of both Alternating Proprietors and Custom Crush clients. Because of VintEdge’s location, no cap on fruit sources exists, meaning fruit can be accepted from outside Napa County without limitation.
Seamless Operations from Crush to Bottling
VintEdge’s equipment further offers its clients flexibility and organization. With its optical sorter, fruit is fermented in the Winery’s 75 tanks, which are connected to glycol and equipped with automatic pump-overs and Pulsair systems. An assortment of portable tanks supports small lot fermentations. The Winery’s two Euro-Presses streamline pressings and meet clients’ extraction requirements with varying tonnage capacities and user-friendly configurations.
The Winery offers options with aging protocols for bulk and bottled wines. Its 5 barrel rooms are independently controlled for humidity and temperature to ensure an ideal environment during cold fermentation, malolactic fermentation, and barrel aging. The 35,000-square-foot case storage facility is temperature-controlled, relieving the concern of temperature variations.

Every tank, barrel, and storage space is meticulously cataloged, tracked through Innovint software, and maintained to the highest standards. Clients also benefit from unique features such as onsite wastewater treatment and an all-inclusive flat-fee pricing model that enables them to forecast their costs confidently. Mobile bottling trucks easily fit inside the tank room space, which allows bottling to occur in a temperature-regulated climate, and the movement to the case storage facility circumvents the use and cost of transportation to an offsite storage facility.
