A signature event and fan favorite at the golf tournament, the Hole-In-One Contest took place on Hole 17 of the Edgewood Golf Course. Actor Michael Pena slammed it home with a powerful swing, landing just 16 feet 4 inches from the hole, taking home first place. In honor of his win $5,000 was donated to the Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care.

Finishing in second and third place respectively was Korbel distributor representative, Steve Ziner with a distance of 16 feet 6 inches, and Actor Alfonso Ribeiro who landed 17 feet 5 inches from the pin.

Kansas City Chiefs MVP, Patrick Mahomes returned as a crowd favorite while Kelly Slater, Roger Clemens and Travis Kelce took powerful swings earning them spots in the top 10.

The Korbel Hole-In-One contest aired on NBC during the American Century Golf Tournament live broadcast Sunday, July 11th.

Celebrating Responsibly:  Korbel once again challenged tournament fans to sign a responsibility pledge outlining ways in which to celebrate responsibly.  Everyone who attended the event played an important role by drinking responsibly, behaving respectfully, and always having a designated driver.  On Thursday and Friday of tournament play, fans signed a large oversized golf ball near the 18th tee to show their support.
