Andrew Davis departs to pursue travel and winemaking; Will Kobyluck of ROCO Winery joins the board
August 24, 2026 (Oregon) — Method Oregon today announced that Andrew Davis, founder of The Radiant Sparkling Wine Company, will step down from its board of directors as he prepares to travel and devote more time to winemaking for Lytle-Barnett.
Method Oregon thanks Davis for his service and for his pivotal role in advancing Oregon sparkling wine. After nearly a decade making sparkling wine at Argyle, Davis founded the Radiant Sparkling Wine Company in 2013 to remove some of the largest barriers facing Oregon producers: the expense, technical complexity and specialized equipment required to make traditional method sparkling wine. Radiant’s shared production model helped turn sparkling wine from a specialized undertaking pursued by only a handful of Oregon wineries into a viable category for producers across the state. In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Oregon Wine Press named Davis its 2025 Person of the Year.
“It has been an honor to serve Method Oregon and work alongside people who care so deeply about Oregon’s wine industry,” Davis said. “I’m proud of what we have accomplished together and excited to see the organization continue to evolve.”
Will Kobyluck, General Manager of ROCO Winery, will succeed Davis on the board. The addition of ROCO Winery, founded by Willamette Valley sparkling pioneer Rollin Soles, brings Method Oregon membership to 56 wineries. Kobyluck’s appointment brings Method Oregon a combination of strategic leadership, deep community relationships, and hands-on experience, positioning him to support Method Oregon’s continued growth and mission.
Kobyluck is particularly well known for his leadership of Bubbles Fest at Anne Amie Vineyards. During his tenure as director of consumer sales and marketing, he helped grow the annual festival from an 11-winery gathering into a two-day showcase featuring approximately 30 producers. The festival earned national attention and helped introduce consumers to the quality, diversity, and food-friendly character of Oregon sparkling wine.
Kobyluck said, “I’m honored to join the Method Oregon board and contribute to its important work. I look forward to collaborating with the board and the broader community.”

Method Oregon held its annual Grand Tasting Weekend from July 24-26, 2026. The 2026 celebration included a moderated panel, guided tastings, production facility tours, a Bubbles Block Party featuring food trucks and a DJ, the Grand Tasting, and a choose-your-own-adventure Sunday where attendees were able to visit member wineries for special sparkling events.

Most events are ticketed a la carte to give guests the flexibility to dive deep into their interests and their favorite wineries, while an All-Access pass will also be available to those who want to experience the entire weekend.
