June 10, 2026 (Napa Valley, CA) — Following the debut of its inaugural Cabernet Sauvignon, Đồi Đá (pronounced Doy DAH) has expanded its Napa Valley wine portfolio with the release of two new wines: a 2025 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc from Carneros and a 2024 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from vineyards in the Yountville AVA.

Founded by Cuong Pham, creator of the acclaimed Red Boat Fish Sauce, and his family, Đồi Đá was built around a simple philosophy: wines crafted with balance, precision, and a strong connection to the table. The new releases broaden the winery’s offerings while maintaining the elegant, food-friendly style that has defined Đồi Đá from the beginning.
The 2025 Sauvignon Blanc marks the first white wine from Đồi Đá. Sourced from the cool-climate Carneros region of Napa Valley, the wine was crafted in a generous yet refreshing style with vibrant aromatics, texture, and freshness. The wine was barrel fermented and aged in neutral French oak to create added depth while preserving brightness and structure.
The newly released 2024 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon offers a more approachable expression of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon while remaining rooted in the winery’s signature style of elegance and refinement. Sourced from several vineyards in the Yountville AVA, the wine shows generous dark fruit, refined tannins, and vibrant acidity.
“I’ve always wanted to make wines that people actually want to enjoy with a meal,” said Cuong Pham. “The Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and easy to open any night of the week, while the new Cabernet is something you can bring to the table without waiting for a special occasion.”
The expansion comes as Đồi Đá continues to establish its long-term estate on a rocky hillside property along Soda Canyon Road in Napa Valley. The estate vineyard, planted in 2024 to Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc, is expected to produce its first small crop in 2026.
The wines are crafted by Nova Cadamatre, MW, the first female winemaker in the United States to achieve the Master of Wine designation. Cadamatre has worked alongside Pham on Đồi Đá since its inception and brings extensive experience from top wineries across Napa Valley and Sonoma.
According to Pham, the connection between wine and Red Boat Fish Sauce is natural.
“Fish sauce and wine have a lot in common,” Pham said. “Both are products that reflect place, patience, and craftsmanship. You can’t rush either one.”
The 2025 Đồi Đá Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc retails for $35 per bottle. The 2024 Đồi Đá Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon retails for $50 per bottle. Both wines are available in limited quantities directly from the winery at www.doidawine.com.
