The festival promoting Portuguese wines debuts at Canopy Market on June 18, 2026.
May 28, 2026 — The Associação das Empresas de Vinho do Porto (AEVP – Port Wine Shippers Association) is pleased to announce a new edition of the Port Wine Fest – a Festival of Portuguese Wines, taking place in London on June 18, 2026, marking the event’s debut in the United Kingdom.
Following three highly successful editions held in the United States throughout 2024 and 2025 — bringing together dozens of Portuguese producers and engaging hundreds of trade professionals and consumers in cities such as Vail, Pebble Beach, Las Vegas, Chicago, New York and San Francisco — the Port Wine Fest now expands into one of the most strategic international markets for Portuguese wines.
The London edition will be held at Canopy Market, King’s Cross, featuring dedicated sessions for trade (11:00–16:00) and consumers (17:00–20:00), delivering an immersive experience that combines wine, gastronomy and Portuguese culture.
The United Kingdom stands as a key market for Portuguese wines, not only due to its scale and sophistication, but also because of its historic connection to Port Wine and its strong influence on global consumption trends. Entering London represents a strategic opportunity to strengthen brand awareness, deepen commercial relationships and position Portuguese wines among highly influential audiences.
With this new edition, AEVP aims to further enhance the international recognition of Portuguese wines, foster new business opportunities and build lasting connections between producers, importers, distributors, media and consumers.
