Second Installment of Hestan Napa’s Celebrated Winemaker Dinner Series to Feature Six-Course Menu and Rare Wines

May 28, 2026 (Napa, CA) — Hestan Napa will host an evening of food and wine on Thursday, June 25 at 6:00 p.m., featuring personally selected vintages and varietals by acclaimed winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown paired with the cuisine of Hestan Napa’s executive chef Mark Dommen. The intimate dinner is the second installment of the Winemaker Dinner Series and will welcome just 60 guests. Hestan Napa is located at 1300 1st St., Suite 291 in historic downtown Napa.
The evening will showcase six courses paired with eight exceptional wines, featuring multiple vintages of Hestan Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon and rare bottlings from Rivers-Marie and Meyer Vineyard. Priced at $300 per guest, excluding tax and gratuity, reservations are available through OpenTable.
Chef Mark Dommen, long celebrated for his tenure at San Francisco’s One Market Restaurant, has earned acclaim for his refined yet deeply personal cooking style. Returning to the Napa Valley as Executive Chef at Hestan Napa, Dommen has been recognized for producing some of the finest cuisine of his career.
Renowned winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown enters his 18th harvest with Hestan Vineyards and remains one of Napa Valley’s most influential winemakers. Dubbed “Napa’s Top Gun” by Wine Spectator and named Winemaker of the Year by Food & Wine in 2010, Brown is well known for crafting benchmark California wines.
