The 2025 Declaration of Rosé debuts June 1
May 28, 2026 (Healdsburg, CA) — Angels & Cowboys today unveiled its first-ever limited-edition release: the 2025 Declaration of Rosé, crafted to commemorate the United States’ 250th birthday.
The Sonoma County brand is driven by its rosé, which continues to earn top-tier recognition, including being crowned the #1 domestic rosé in the $15–18 price tier (NIQ, latest 4- and 13-week periods ending March 21, 2026).
The brand has always raised a glass to originals – the trailblazers, risk-takers, and rule-breakers who forge their own path. The Declaration of Rosé extends that toast to a milestone moment, honoring America’s semiquincentennial and the enduring ideals of independence, courage, and adventure that have defined the nation since 1776.

The bottling features commemorative front and back labels created exclusively for the release by award-winning Angels & Cowboys artist Michael Schwab, whose distinctive American graphic style has shaped the brand’s visual identity from day one. A companion poster – also designed by Schwab – will be available on the brand’s website, hand-signed and printed on museum-grade paper.
Sonoma-rooted Angels & Cowboys was created in 2014 by SHARE A SPLASH wine co. Founder & Chairman Yoav Gilat, following Gilat’s success building Cannonball into a nationally recognized wine brand.

Crafted by veteran Sonoma County winemaker Ondine Chattan in the Provençal style, the wine is a Grenache-led blend with Syrah, Carignane, and Mourvèdre. It carries a Sonoma County AVA designation and an SRP of $18. Inspired by classic French winemaking traditions and shaped by California’s bold, expressive style, Angels & Cowboys continues to craft wines that balance sophistication with approachability. The portfolio now includes seven wines, sourced from top vineyard sites across Sonoma County: Sonoma County Rosé, Proprietary Red, Brut Sparkling, North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
