One-of-a-Kind for Spring & Summer 2026:
Sip on the Train with Finger Lakes Rail Experience Wine Tours(May 30 to September 30)
Experience the beauty of New York’s wine country from a new perspective with the Finger Lakes Rail Experience, a premier partnership of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and the Finger Lakes Railway. Guests enjoy curated wine tastings and seasonal pairings while traveling through historic landscapes aboard beautifully restored 1940s-era vintage passenger cars.
Wine & Food Pairings in the Winegarden at Silver Thread Vineyard
Guests are invited to enjoy the Winegarden at Silver Thread with a glass or a flight of wine and some light fare made in-house with local ingredients. Silver Thread offers a small bites menu that includes curated cheese boards, salads, sausages, and European-style spreads. This experience can be paired with an exclusive, expert-led Vineyard Tour and Estate Tasting that offers guests a behind-the-scenes look at sustainable, biointensive farming practices. Priced at $35 per person, this bespoke experience is limited to six people and includes a guided tasting of five estate-grown wines.
Sourdough Baking Class at Three Brothers Wineries and Estates
Sourdough Bread Baking Class: May 17, Knead and Seed Bakery is hosting an immersive, hands-on sourdough baking class, designed to help beginners master the art of mixing and shaping artisanal loaves. For $75 per person, participants receive personalized guidance and a complete starter kit — including a banneton, Danish dough whisk, and scraper — to take home along with two loaves ready for overnight proofing and baking.
Summer Series Food & Wine Experience at Fox Run Vineyards
Experience the vibrant tastes of summer in the Finger Lakes at Fox Run Vineyards with the Summer Food & Wine Experience, held select Fridays from June through August. These adored events include an in-depth tour, exclusive wine tasting, and seasonally inspired lunch in their historic barrel room.
Goat Yoga at Tabora Farm & Winery
For one night only on May 22, Tabora Farm & Winery is bringing back its popular Sunset Wine Down & Goat Yoga event. Set against the scenic backdrop of lush vineyards, this unique experience invites guests to enjoy a playful yoga session led by certified instructors — and a charming troop of baby goats! The Seneca Lake Wine Trail invites wine lovers to celebrate the season with the Sip Into Spring Tasting Pass, a flexible, all-inclusive tasting experience available May 10 to 21, 2026. With one digital pass, guests can enjoy one standard tasting at 17 participating wineries around Seneca Lake, making it easier than ever to explore, discover, and sip at their own pace. This digital pass has limited availability and is $50 per person, and offers a seamless and convenient experience. Revolving Door Flight at Anthony Road Wine Company
The Revolving Door Flight “Double Vision” at Anthony Road Wine Company is an offering of a flight of three wines, with back-to-back vintages of each wine. Tasters can see, smell, and taste the difference a vintage year can make! Purchase a Vintage Pair and save $10. This May, the Revolving Door Flight will be The Triple Crown, a wine and chocolate pairing in partnership with CaryMo Chocolates, who create handcrafted artisanal chocolates specifically designed to complement local wines by utilizing wine reductions and flavor-matching techniques for regional tasting rooms.
Blind Tastings in the Vineyard at Either Oar Wine, Whiskey, & Cheese Bar
Starting May 8, guests can elevate their Friday evenings with a new Blind Tasting Series, held weekly from 5:00 to 6:00 PM. For $35, oenophiles and proof hounds are invited to test their senses in a curated, hour-long challenge featuring a choice of premium wine or whiskey flights. Each pour is expertly paired with local, artisanal cheeses, providing a sophisticated backdrop as guests attempt to identify each selection. Mimosa Bar at Cane & Vine Wine Cellars
Experience the ultimate sparkling celebration at Cane & Vine Wine Cellars Mimosa Bar, featuring more than 20 handcrafted varieties. Each pour begins with the newly released Blanc de Blanc Traditional Method Sparkling Wine, a premium base that they artfully pair with vibrant fruit purées and fresh juices. Mimosas are available by the glass, and customizable with refreshing, non-alcoholic options available.
The Seneca Lake Wine Trail promotes member producers within the Seneca Lake AVA, one of just two recognized appellations within New York’s Finger Lakes.
