March 11, 2026 (Lake County, CA) — Shannon Family of Wines is proud to announce the appointment of Arjun Dewan as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 2026.
Arjun brings nearly three decades of leadership experience across the U.S. wine and spirits industry. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President at Winebow, where he oversaw nationwide wholesale operations. Throughout his career, Arjun has worked closely with many of the nation’s most important retail and distributor partners, helping brands scale with discipline, strategic focus, and operational excellence. Prior to Winebow, Arjun held senior leadership roles at Empire Merchants, Terlato Wines International, and Allied Beverage Group.
Founder Clay Shannon shared, “I have known Arjun and his family for 15 years. Over that time, I’ve come to deeply respect his leadership, his integrity, and his ability to drive meaningful growth while staying grounded in values and people.”
As CEO, Arjun will lead the day-to-day commercial and operational execution of Shannon Family of Wines, partnering closely with Clay and Angie Shannon as the company enters its next chapter of national growth.
