In 2025, T. Edward achieved a 38% year-over-year increase in total revenue and 23% growth in volume, capping seven consecutive years of sustained expansion.e The company sold more than 600,000 9L cases across its wine and spirits portfolio and surpassed a major revenue threshold, reinforcing its position as one of the fastest-growing independent importers and distributors in the United States.

COMPANY STRUCTURE
Headquartered in New York City, T. Edward operates direct distribution across New York, New Jersey, California, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Connecticut, while maintaining national distribution partnerships in all 50 states. This infrastructure is supported by four Regional Managers overseeing the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, and Western markets, a National Accounts Manager, along with a dedicated National Sales Director, Jeremy Shanker MS, driving coordinated growth.
In the New York Metro region alone, the company serves more than 4,000 active customers, supported by 35 sales representatives and 7 sales managers across NY, NJ, PA, and CT. Its customer base spans Michelin-starred restaurants, private members clubs, luxury hotels, fine dining institutions, anchor retail accounts, and dynamic independent operators
— often described internally as serving “from the Four Seasons to the Four Horsemen.” Launched in 2023 and led today by Director Jennifer Sin, the Prestige Brands Division is T. Edward’s dedicated fine wine arm, supported by a specialized team and focused resources. The division strengthens the company’s national footprint through a curated portfolio of historic and benchmark producers.
KEY BRAND GROWTH
Several key brands delivered standout performance. Gulp Hablo, the company’s flagship Spanish wine brand, sold over 50,000 9L cases in 2025, reflecting sustained consumer demand and expanded national distribution. In the spirits portfolio, Arette Tequila led category growth with over 70,000 9L cases sold, reinforcing T. Edward’s continued expansion in premium agave spirits.
Within the Prestige Division and fine wine portfolio, several key producers delivered exceptional growth in 2025. Matthiasson increased 40% year over year, while Champagne Billecart-Salmon grew 17% and further strengthened its on-premise presence with more than 100 simultaneous by-the-glass placements across New York City. Cerbaiona rose 150%, 00 Wines increased 146%, Armand Heitz grew 144%, and Kazumi Wines led the portfolio with an impressive 200% gain. Together, these results underscore the continued momentum of T. Edward’s prestige strategy and its strength in driving premium fine wine performance across top-tier accounts.
