BlendFest on the Coast: Feb. 19-22, 2026
Launched in 2015, BlendFest is a partnership between Paso Robles Wine Country, Highway One Road Trip, Visit Cambria, and Visit San Simeon — merging the wild beauty of the California coast with Paso Robles’ signature wine blends. It offers an unforgettable four-day celebration of Paso Wine hosted across scenic locations in San Simeon and Cambria.
Two multi-course Winemaker Dinners – one at Oceanpoint Ranch on Thursday, Feb. 19, and one at the Cavalier Oceanfront Resort on Friday, Feb. 20 – are a delicious way to kick off the BlendFest experience. On Saturday, Feb. 21, guests can craft their own wine blend under the guidance of expert Paso Robles winemakers at the Blending Seminar and Lunch before tasting from over 40 Paso wineries while watching the sun dip into the Pacific Ocean at the Sunset Grand Tasting.

On Friday, May 15, 10 Paso wineries join forces with celebrated chefs to compete for the best food and wine pairing at the Second Annual Paired Paso.
