Palm Springs, CA — (November 4, 2025) — The highly anticipated final Winemaker Dinner of Passion 4 Pinot Palm Springs has been announced, featuring the return of the legendary Sangiacomo Family Wines to The Steakhouse at Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs. This intimate dinner experience on Thursday, January 29th — the last available of the festival’s three — promises an evening of storytelling, heritage, and world-class Pinot Noir.
For nearly a century, the Sangiacomo family has cultivated some of Sonoma’s most celebrated vineyards, crafting wines that reflect both precision and place. Hosted by Steve Sangiacomo, Winemaker James MacPhail, and surprise family guests, the dinner invites attendees to share the table with those who have shaped the narrative of cool-climate California Pinot Noir.
Guests will enjoy a multi-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Juan Morales, who has been honored as Passion 4 Pinot’s “Best of the Best Chef” for three consecutive years. Each dish will mirror the depth and balance of Sangiacomo’s acclaimed wines, offering an unforgettable harmony between cuisine and viticulture.
“Each of our dinners tells a story — and few stories are as rooted in legacy as Sangiacomo’s,” says Festival Founder David Fraschetti. “This dinner is the culmination of a season’s anticipation.”
