Follador Prosecco dal 1769 Brings Italian Excellence to Bangkok for Two Prestigious Events Celebrating Wine, Culture, and Solidarity

October 22, 2025 — Bangkok will once again welcome the elegance and authenticity of Follador Prosecco dal 1769, protagonist of two extraordinary occasions that will shine a spotlight on the very essence of Italian excellence. The historic company from Col San Martino, in the heart of Valdobbiadene, will make its mark in Thailand with a double presence that combines international prestige and social commitment: two core values that have defined the Follador family’s philosophy for over two and a half centuries.

The first appointment will take place on October 29th, when Follador Prosecco will join the Bangkok edition of James Suckling’s Great Wines World Asia 2025, one of the most influential wine events on the global stage. The tasting, hosted by world-renowned wine critic James Suckling, gathers leading producers, collectors, and professionals from across Asia for an encounter with the finest expressions of viticulture. For the company, it represents an exceptional opportunity to share the excellence of its territory through two of its most acclaimed wines: Nani dei Berti Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Rive di Col San Martino, a wine that captures the strength and elegance of the steepest slopes of the UNESCO World Heritage hills, and Torri di Credazzo Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. CRU, a historic cru whose character reflects centuries of passion, craftsmanship, and terroir. Each bottle embodies the spirit of a family that has been writing its story of authenticity and innovation since 1769.

Only a few days later, on November 1st, Follador Prosecco will be among the official sponsors of the Queen Sirikit Breast Cancer Foundation Charity Event, taking place at the prestigious Rembrandt Hotel in Bangkok. This prestigious gala, supported by one of the country’s most respected philanthropic institutions, will bring together leading figures of Thai society in the name of generosity and solidarity.

During the evening, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the refined Fardér Prosecco D.O.C. Treviso Extra Dry and the elegant Laelia Prosecco D.O.C. Rosé Millesimato Brut, and for every bottle sold, 100 THB will be donated to the Foundation, in support of breast cancer research and patient care, reaffirming the company’s belief that excellence finds its truest meaning when shared for the greater good.

The Queen Sirikit Breast Cancer Foundation, under the royal patronage of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, has long been at the forefront of cancer prevention, treatment, and education in Thailand. The partnership with Follador Prosecco adds an international touch of prestige and compassion to the event, reinforcing the unifying power of wine as a symbol of sharing and generosity.

Being part of two such remarkable occasions in Bangkok allows us to express the dual soul of our  on the other, a heartfelt commitment to social causes that transcend borders,” says Cristina Follador, Marketing and Sales Manager at Follador Prosecco. “Our participation in James Suckling’s Great Wines World Asia 2025 and in the Queen Sirikit Breast Cancer Foundation charity event reflects the harmony between excellence and empathy that has always inspired our work.

Through these two distinguished events, Follador Prosecco dal 1769 continues to strengthen its international presence and its message of authenticity, culture, and care. From the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, a land recognised by UNESCO for its beauty and heritage, to the cosmopolitan stage of Bangkok, every glass becomes an ambassador of values that unite tradition and modernity, craftsmanship and compassion: a toast to the art of making wine, and to the spirit of sharing that gives it meaning.

About Follador
Follador is one of the hallmark wineries of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1769, the year in which the Doge of Venice recognized the superior quality of wines produced by ancestor Giovanni Follador.
