The name NÉPHALIA is inspired from ancient greek, it means sober and self-controlled. NÉPHALIA embodies a modern approach to those looking for a nonalcoholic alternative drink.
NÉPHALIA, TASTE ABOVE ALL
NÉPHALIA is a range of French wines at 0.0% degree. Its refined and qualitative profiles contain twice as less sugar than the other nonalcoholic wines, without external flavoured additives.
This new range includes four wines available in 75cl bottles: a Chardonnay, a Cabernet Sauvignon, a Rosé and a Sparkling Blanc de blancs ; maintaining the same quality as the traditional CASTEL FRÈRES wines. Targeting top quality, the aim is to carefully preserve THE taste of wine, for a tasting experience without any compromise.
With quality and taste at the forefront of the still-developing alcohol-free category, this range was crafted using Spinning Cone Column technology – a high-precision dealcoholization method. This process gently removes the alcohol while preserving the wine’s natural aromas, which are then reintroduced to retain the wine’s original character and expression.

Designed for and tested by Gen Z consumers from different countries*, NÉPHALIA will find its audience among flexi-sobers, teetotalers and anyone who is looking for non-alcoholic alternative. AN INTERNATIONAL LAUNCH
NÉPHALIA was launched into several international markets since July 2025.
The launch will be accompanied by special features: a commercial sale support in outlets with tastings, visibility tools in stores, a specific cross channel digital communication campaign. A strategy to incite curiosity, surprise…, mostly an invitation to a new experience.
