Star Wine List Launches Inspiration Day with Jancis Robinson

September 18, 2025 (Stockholm, Sweden) — Star Wine List is proud to present its inaugural Inspiration Day, an event in Stockholm featuring world-renowned wine writer Jancis Robinson. Sweden’s first Master Sommelier Andreas Rosendal will also teach the art of blind tasting.

Star Wine List, often referred to as the Michelin guide for wine, has designed an inspiring day to gather the Swedish wine community for the chance to learn, taste, and network.

The event will be held in Stockholm on 10 November 2025, offering sommeliers, trade professionals, wine students and wine lovers the opportunity to sample incredible wines and learn from some of the most knowledgeable people in the wine industry today.

Jancis Robinson MW, one of the world’s foremost wine writers is this year celebrating 50 years in wine, and will share her story and thoughts about the wine world on stage.

“I’m very much looking forward to catching up with Stockholm and the Swedish wine scene after all these years,” Jancis says.

“When we started planning our first Inspiration Day, we created a list of some of the most inspiring names in the world of wine.” says Krister Bengtsson, Founder and Publisher of Star Wine List. “Jancis Robinson was the first name on that list and we are thrilled that she will join us in Stockholm.”

The Inspiration Day will be held with two parallel tracks. One part is the continuous walk around tasting where you can taste great wines, network and catch up with friends. The other is the inspiring line up of people on stage.

“We can’t wait to share this day with sommeliers, trade, restaurant students and wine lovers in Sweden,” says Krister Bengtsson.
