September 16, 2025 — October is Texas Wine Month, and there’s no better way to raise a glass than with a special release from one of the state’s standout wineries.

Wedding Oak Winery is celebrating with the launch of its “Fabulous Fall Trio”—a curated three-bottle selection featuring some of its most coveted wines:
- Texitalia 2023 – (Vibrant and inviting, this wine opens with a burst of fresh strawberries, red cherries, and juicy plum. Aromatics of demerara syrup, sweet tobacco, and black pepper lend richness, while undertones of rose petal, red licorice, dried fig, and soft baking spice add depth and complexity. On the palate, Texitalia is smooth and fruit-forward, with flavors of cherry cola, raspberry jam, and plum skin, supported by delicate tannins and refreshing acidity. Hints of cedar, herbal tea, and cocoa powder emerge on the finish, giving this wine a rustic elegance that’s perfect for everyday drinking.)
- Dry Riesling 2024 – (Bright and aromatic, this Riesling opens with notes of lavender, beeswax, and ocean spray, followed by hints of honey, petrol, and green apple. A subtle salted banana note adds intrigue, while the palate delivers a soft yet lively combination of candied lemon peel, powdered lemon Danish, and lemon wafers. With 11 g/L residual sugar and a firm backbone of acidity, the wine remains balanced and refreshing. Fermented cool in stainless steel across both vineyard lots, this Riesling offers a creamy mouthfeel with tension and lift—an expressive and textural take on this noble variety.)
- Castanet Rosé 2024 – (Delicately structured yet bursting with character, this rosé captures the essence of warm Texas evenings. A nose of Meyer lemon zest, wild strawberry, and watermelon rind is underscored by a subtle spice of white pepper. The palate is lively and refreshing, evoking strawberry lemonade with a savory, mineral edge. Crisp acidity and a dry finish make it a versatile and compelling wine.)
Available starting September 15, 2025 at all three Wedding Oak Winery tasting room locations (Burnet, Fredericksburg, and San Saba), this seasonal trio for Texas Wine Month is priced at $89 (before any wine club member discounts) and is the perfect way to savor the flavors of fall—all from Texas-grown grapes. This limited-time offer runs now through October 31, 2025.
