August 19, 2025 — The annual STARS of Cabernet finally arrives Thursday, November 20th! Over 35 wineries from around the world will gather at the prestigious Peninsula Beverly Hills to pour over 100 top tier, Ultra-luxury level Cabernet and luxury blends. This is Los Angeles’ most prodigious gathering of greats, overseen by event producers LearnAboutWine.com. Learnaboutwine is now celebrating 30 years of bringing wine passion to the masses. The STARS of Cabernet was postponed in January due to the Los Angeles fires, and successfully rescheduled to November! The annual event returns more resilient and stronger than ever this November – there has never been a lineup of wineries this strong and no other event has 35 wineries for 125 guests. This is all about having a moment with a great brand.
The STARS of Cabernet Overview:
TRADE TASTING: 12PM – 3PM – Trade professionals around the city of Los Angeles will be invited to taste with the winemakers and owners all day and discuss the business of wine.
CONSUMER TASTING: 6PM – 9:30PM – The food and entertainment will be on HIGH this evening. The great wineries and a number of magical guests will be in attendance.

- 6PM – Early Admission with dinner buffet – tray pass – magic act and more.
- 6:30PM – Early Admission with heavy tray pass and a charity silent auction.
- 7PM – General Admission – unlimited tasting w/tray pass apps + a cheese and dessert buffet.
