Tastings, Experiences, Music and Art in the Heart of Umbria
Bookings open from August 1st to September 19th
August 18, 2025 (Montefalco, Italy) — A whole weekend dedicated to the excellence of wine and its connections with gastronomy, music, and art: Enologica Montefalco – Pairings returns from 19 to 21 September in the Umbrian village, one of the most beautiful in Italy. The event is organised by the Consorzio Tutela Vini Montefalco and La Strada del Sagrantino, with the contribution of the CSR (Complemento di Sviluppo Rurale – Rural Development Complement) and under the patronage of the Umbria Region and the Municipality of Montefalco.
Three days of events spread across squares, cloisters, wineries, restaurants, and museums to discover the wines of the Montefalco and Spoleto area, with over 30 local wineries offering tastings, workshops, in-winery events, and sunset experiences.
The heart of the event will be the Chiostro di Sant’Agostino, where on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm visitors can taste wines from the participating producers. The three-day programme is full of activities for wine lovers, tourists, families, and industry professionals: guided tastings with sommeliers and experts, show cooking with renowned chefs and master artisans of taste, sunset aperitifs among the vineyards and in wineries, children’s workshops and treasure hunts, vineyard experiences, trekking and walks among the rows, musical events and evening concerts, guided tours. Every day, participating restaurants will offer dishes paired with DOC and DOCG wines.
Bookings for all activities open on 1 August and will remain available until 1:00 pm on Friday 19 September, unless sold out beforehand. After this date, bookings can only be made directly at the venues, subject to remaining availability.
