Reservoir Farms, the First On-Farm Robotics Incubator for Specialty Crops, Hosts Exclusive Preview Event

Event showcases agtech innovation, new startup cohort and industry partnerships

August 5, 2025 (Sacramento, CA) — The Reservoir, California’s groundbreaking on-farm startup incubator dedicated to specialty crops, invites business, technology, and agriculture media to an exclusive preview event. The event will introduce The Reservoir Farms’ inaugural startup cohort and announce new partners advancing robotics and automation for California agriculture, taking place Aug. 27, 2025, on Tanimura & Antle farmland near Highway 68, Salinas.

The Reservoir brings together growers, entrepreneurs, and institutions on working farmland to fast-track robotics and innovation that address labor shortages, production costs, water management, and climate resilience. Invited media will have the opportunity for interviews with The Reservoir’s co-founders, startup leaders, growers, and community partners. Local and state agriculture dignitaries are expected to attend.
