Willamette Valley Vineyards Added to Russell Microcap® Index

July 16, 2025Willamette Valley Vineyards (NASDAQ: WVVI), a publicly held producer of sustainably grown wines from Oregon’s Willamette Valley, today announced its inclusion in the Russell Microcap® Index, effective after the U.S. market opened on July 1, 2025, as part of the 2025 Russell indexes reconstitution.

The Russell Microcap® Index, maintained by FTSE Russell, tracks the performance of the smallest U.S. companies in the investable equity market and is widely used by investment managers and institutional investors for index funds and performance benchmarks. WVV was added under the Consumer Staples sector, joining a diverse group of high-potential companies across the U.S. economy.

“This marks an exciting milestone in our company’s growth story,” said Mike Osborn, CEO of Willamette Valley Vineyards. “We’re proud to represent Oregon wine in the public markets. Willamette Valley Vineyards is one of the nation’s only community-owned, publicly traded wineries, and we are honored to be recognized among other dynamic, investor-focused businesses.”

Most recently, the company launched a new preferred stock offering aimed at making ownership more accessible for wine enthusiasts and first-time investors. With a starting point of 150 shares at $3.35 ($502.50), the offering invites broader participation while helping fund hospitality expansion and new vineyard plantings..

As WVV continues to expand its national footprint and deepen its direct-to-consumer and estate vineyard offerings, inclusion in the index reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to delivering both shareholder value and authentic wine experiences rooted in place and purpose.

If you have any questions on Willamette Valley Vineyards or would like to speak with Mike Osborn, I’d be happy to coordinate a conversation.
