With the arrival of summer, La Genisia’s exclusive Wine Experiences become the perfect opportunity to explore not only the secrets of winemaking, but also the surrounding land that enhances its character and quality.
Summer with La Genisia: E-bike rides, poolside relaxation, and tastings
Here are some of the activities planned for the summer season: Every Sunday in July and on the first Sunday of August (August 3rd), the “Summer with La Genisia” experience kicks off at 10 AM with the distribution of e-bikes for a scenic 30 km ride through the vineyards, ending at the Salice Terme Golf Club.
There, participants enjoy a light lunch followed by a refreshing swim in the pool until 4:30 PM. Afterwards, the group returns to the estate just in time for guided tours of the Vinaria Tower and the winery, concluding with a tasting of Brut Metodo Classico, Riesling, and Pinot Noir, paired with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses.
Additionally, every Thursday in July (10th, 17th, and 24th) from 6 PM to 11 PM, the winery’s panoramic terrace opens its doors for evenings dedicated to Pinot Noir and refined local snacks.
These convivial gatherings offer the perfect opportunity to enjoy elegant wines while immersed in the coolness of the sunset. The tastings are a true invitation to discover the charm of the territory and the quality of La Genisia’s wines, all in a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere.
Guided winery tour, virtual reality experience, and tasting
The visit begins with a guided tour of the historic winery and the impressive Vinaria Tower, a symbol of Oltrepò Pavese ancient winemaking tradition. Here, visitors can learn about every stage of the sparkling wine production process, from aging to maturation.
Upon reaching the top of the Tower, the experience is enhanced by immersive virtual reality technology. Thanks to La Genisia’s innovative VR Wine platform, guests can virtually walk among the vineyard rows in a fully immersive 3D environment—exploring the rolling hills of Oltrepò as if they were truly there. This virtual journey breaks down physical barriers, allowing visitors to experience the authentic atmosphere of the vineyard and the care devoted to every cluster of grapes.
The tour concludes in a cozy panoramic room, where guests can taste La Genisia’s finest wines. Highlights include the Pinot Nero D.O.C.G. and the Extra Brut Metodo Classico, the winery’s flagship wines, crafted with meticulous attention and respect for the territory.
E-bike tour through the vineyards
For those who wish to combine their passion for wine with a love of sport, La Genisia also offers e-bike tours. Along the paths winding through the vineyard-covered hills, guests can pedal among the vines, breathe in the fresh air of Oltrepò Pavese, and enjoy breathtaking panoramas. The experience includes a stop at the winery for a tasting of fine wines, authentic expressions of the terroir.
Family Pack: An Experience for the Whole Family
La Genisia doesn’t forget the little ones, offering a special welcome with the Family Pack.
During the experience, children can take part in interactive games designed to explore the senses of taste and smell, while parents enjoy a tasting of two selected wines. For the youngest guests, fresh fruit juices and a drawing kit are provided to spark their creativity.
Outdoor Activities: Trekking, Horseback Riding, and the Green Way
La Genisia’s strategic location at the entrance of the Green Way offers exciting opportunities for outdoor excursions. In addition to e-bike tours, horseback rides through the vineyards and trekking along the trails of Oltrepò Pavese are regularly organized, providing guests with a direct and authentic connection to nature.

Born from the desire to create a space open to the public, La Genisia’s new hospitality area is a place where visitors can taste La Genisia wines paired with the authentic flavors of Oltrepò Pavese and enjoy activities designed for families, groups of friends, and anyone eager to discover this territory. This new space aims to be entirely dedicated to the discovery of exceptional wines and the rich culinary traditions of Oltrepò Pavese.

All of this unfolds with panoramic views of the Po’ river Valley, vineyard-covered hills, and the Alpine arc stretching to Monte Rosa.
