CAVE is thrilled to announce the keynote speaker for the 2025 VinCO Conference will be Jackie Summers, a James Beard Finalist, serial entrepreneur, and the founder of JackFromBrooklyn Inc., creator of the award-winning Sorel Liqueur. Named one of Food & Wine’s Drink Innovators of the Year and recognized as one of the world’s 100 Most Influential Bar Industry Figures by Drinks International Magazine, Jackie’s expertise spans the realms of beverage innovation, food culture, and entrepreneurship.
