Karen shares how she became a journalist in New York, even with 324 rejections before selling her first article. Originally becoming a successful food writer, she wanted to learn more about wine and got invited to attend a men’s weekly tastings on the one condition, that she didn’t talk. Karen had all these questions about wine which became the basis for The Wine Bible.
