AUSTIN, TX (March 15, 2020) – Public health and safety is a top priority of the Wonder Women of Wine (WWOW) organization and, as such, it is postponing the second annual Wonder Women of Wine Conference, March 28-29.
Its decision is in line with recently announced orders from the City of Austin prohibiting gatherings of 250 or more people, designed to protect the greater Austin community.
“Like other events scheduled in Austin, WWOW must put the health and safety of our guests, speakers, vendors and sponsors first and foremost,” says Rania Zayyat, WWOW founder. “We also know the purpose of our conference extends beyond the walls of our event space, and with the world in a state of disarray, our message will be lost.”
Tickets already purchased for the conference will be honored when the conference is rescheduled. For more information or questions, please contact info@wonderwomenofwine.com.
