Bordeaux, 26 November 2019 – Be Spirits is an event within an event. For the first time, Vinexpo is bringing together the spirits and mixology sectors in a dedicated area, at the heart of the show. Be Spirits is an innovative concept, with its own identity and setting. The event will welcome professionals from across the industry: importers, distributors, major buyers, journalists, bloggers, specifiers, major e-commerce brands, travel retail, restaurant chains, duty free, etc.

In addition to the exhibition stands where business meetings will take place, the Infinite Bar and the conferences, designed to draw attention, will be the hub of this exclusive area.

The Infinite Bar

The bar, long as an Olympic-sized swimming pool, will be showcasing 24 brands of spirits, in partnership with 24 mixologists coming from the most prestigious Parisian bars. New brands, as well as already famous brands, will have the opportunity to make their products shine and to promote them in an exceptional setting.

Visitors will have the chance to discover new spirits and complete their offer, to try stunning cocktails, and to ride the trend of premium & craft while meeting Europe’s greatest mixologists. The Infinite Bar will promote interaction between the diverse actors in the sector.

Also, a map will show the locations of the bars in Paris. The immersive daytime experience at the show will continue into the evening at these bars in the center of the city! Strongly anchored in its local territory, the Infinite Bar will be a showcase for current and future trends in the world of spirits.

The conferences

Led by high-level experts such as Alexandre Vingtier, and by distillery owners or renowned barmen, Be Spirits’ conferences will open the debate on various and exciting topics related to the spirits industry.

These conferences are grouped under two themes: Be Mixology and Be Brand.

Be Mixology will provide an analysis on the current and future key trends of the global spirits market, the growing success of no/low abv, the cocktail consumption experience, and the bar identity.

Be Brand will focus on the revival of ancient alcohols, brands’ commitment to the environment and the development of new spirits brands and customized products.

Be Spirits’ location, at the heart of Vinexpo Paris, will generate many business opportunities and enhance the image of the showcasing brands.

From 10 to 12 February 2020, Vinexpo Paris will make the spirit of spirits shine like nowhere else!
