Oregon sparkling wine producer celebrates its 10th harvest, Wine Enthusiast Rising Star recognition, and fall release weekend Oct. 10-11
October 7, 2026 (Amity, OR) — Corollary Wines, an Oregon winery dedicated exclusively to traditional method sparkling wine, is celebrating its 10th harvest with the release of four new wines this fall, including its first-ever sweet wine—a demi-sec rosé—and a limited-production cuvée aged five years en tirage.

The releases arrive during a milestone season for Corollary, which was recently recognized as Wine Enthusiast’s 2026 Rising Stars. Founded by Jeanne Feldkamp and Dan Diephouse, Corollary has spent the past decade focused on producing traditional method sparkling wines that showcase the diversity and potential of Oregon vineyards.
Feldkamp and Diephouse are also founding board members of Method Oregon, a collective of Oregon sparkling wine producers working to establish new standards for traditional method sparkling wine in the state and advance the category nationally.
The four fall releases include:
2020 Cuvée One Extended Tirage ($95)
A limited-production expression of Corollary’s flagship Cuvée One, aged five years en tirage to develop additional richness and complexity. The extended aging lends the wine a rich, toasty character while maintaining the freshness and precision central to Corollary’s style.
2021 Winter’s Hill Pinot Blanc ($75)
Corollary extended the tirage aging of this single-vineyard Pinot Blanc to 48 months, a practice the winery plans to continue with future vintages. The wine shows notes of lime zest, Asian pear and orange blossom, with bright acidity balanced by a dosage of 5.5 grams per liter. Corollary recommends pairing it with rich dishes such as pork belly or fried matsutake mushrooms.
2022 Cattrall Brothers Rosé ($85)
For the first time since 2017, Corollary is releasing a single-vineyard wine from Cattrall Brothers Vineyard, made possible by the abundant 2022 harvest. Sourced from vines more than 50 years old, the rosé offers layers of apricot skin, golden raspberry and chervil. The wine also honors the legacy of longtime Oregon grapegrower Bill Cattrall and the continued stewardship of the vineyard by the Cattrall family.
2022 Demi-Sec Rosé ($70)
Corollary’s first sweet sparkling wine is an intricate blend sourced from six Willamette Valley vineyard sites. Designed with both desserts and spicy dishes in mind, the wine brings a new expression to the Corollary portfolio while maintaining the precision and balance that define the winery’s traditional-method wines. Just 40 cases were produced.
To celebrate the new releases and the close of their 10th harvest, Corollary will host its Fall Release Party Oct. 10-11 at its tasting room. Guests will have the opportunity to taste the new releases alongside other current wines and enjoy a frites bar with creative sauces and toppings by Larder Provisions. Club members receive four complimentary tickets.
Reservations for Corollary’s Fall Release Party are available here.
Sparkling wine lovers who join the Corollary wine club by the end of October will also be eligible to receive the fall allocation and remaining 2026 member benefits.
About Corollary Wines
Corollary Wines, founded by Jeanne Feldkamp and Dan Diephouse, has been creating distinctive traditional method sparkling wines in Oregon’s Willamette Valley since 2017. The couple began their path to winemaking by learning as much as possible about sparkling wine through tastings, visiting their favorite grower-producers in premier sparkling regions around the world, and eventually experimenting with traditional-method sparkling cider in their garage. They are dedicated to exploring the terroir of the Willamette Valley and its expression in every bottle. Intention, care, and precision are paramount in every detail in their process—from grape growing to winemaking to the guest experience.
Corollary opened its tasting room in May 2024. Designed in collaboration with Waechter Architecture and Heirloom Modern, the space earned a Citation Award from the American Institute of Architects.
Jeanne and Dan are part of the founding team of Method Oregon, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit established in 2026 to champion Oregon’s rapidly growing traditional method sparkling wine movement. Both currently serve on the organization’s board of directors. In 2026, Jeanne was honored with the Outstanding Industry Leadership Award from Oregon Wine Board, recognizing individuals whose exemplary commitment and innovative leadership have significantly advanced the Oregon wine industry. Corollary was also named a 2026 Rising Star by Wine Enthusiast, recognizing the winery as an emerging leader in the wine industry.
Corollary currently produces about 2000 cases annually. The company is committed to working with growers who follow sustainable farming practices. As an extension of this commitment, Corollary acquired a 57-acre property in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA in 2022 that has been planted specifically for sparkling wines. Management of the property is guided by regenerative agriculture principles.
Corollary offers a 6 or 12 bottle wine club where members get first access to new and limited release wines, including magnums and extended tirage bottlings.
