Top Lots Included an Exclusive Trip to Japan with Naoko Dalla Valle, Dinner with Chef Christopher Kostow and Favia Winery’s Andy Erickson, and a Private Party at Beloved Local Bar Pancha’s
September 23, 2026 (Napa, CA) — In a broad show of support for OLE Health’s primary care services, donors and guests at the vibrant Vida OLE! weekend contributed $2 million to fund the expansion of the organization’s St. Helena health center. The project will help meet demand at the clinic, nearly doubling capacity, adding exam rooms and bringing dedicated behavioral health consultation spaces and specialty services onsite, along with team spaces and enhanced patient amenities to the center in the heart of downtown St. Helena.
“We are incredibly grateful for the generosity and enthusiasm for OLE Health and the future of our St. Helena clinic,” said Naoko Dalla Valle, Chair of the OLE Health Foundation Board of Directors. “This was a strong start for our $5 million capital campaign, which speaks to how deeply people understand our work and the importance of being able to access quality healthcare close to home. Six in ten Up Valley residents rely on OLE, and I’m proud to be part of a community that recognizes the value of caring for everyone who lives and works here.”
The fundraising effort took center stage during Vida OLE!, OLE Health Foundation’s signature annual event, which brought together many of Napa Valley’s leading vintners, chefs, businesses and longtime supporters September 17 – 19 for three days of exquisite wines, food, hospitality and philanthropy.
The highlight of the weekend was Saturday’s Dinner & Auction at Quintessa, which opened with a lively Fiesta reception before guests sat down to dinner by Chef Nash Cognetti of Brindare, accompanied by wines from Dalla Valle Vineyards and Quintessa. Bidding quickly gathered momentum as the live auction offered access to remarkable wines, destinations and experiences contributed by supporters of OLE Health.
The evening’s standout lots included a trip to Japan designed and hosted by Naoko Dalla Valle, the “Perfect 10 + 3 Stars” winemaker dinner featuring cult winemakers and dinner by acclaimed chef Christopher Kostow at Andy Erickson’s Favia winery, and a Private Party at Pancha’s hosted by Pete Richmond, the founder and co-owner of Silverado Farming Company. The night’s top lot, “Perfect 10 + 3 Stars,” drew the highest bid at $340,000, pushing the giving totals closer to the St. Helena campaign goal. Grammy Award-winning Pacific Mambo Orchestra closed the evening with Latin dance music under the stars.
Vida OLE! also provided an opportunity to recognize OLE Health Foundation’s longtime champions. Darioush Khaledi, founder of Darioush, received the 2026 John Shafer Visionary Award, and longtime OLE Health board member Madeline Hernandez received the Corazon de OLE Award for her years of volunteer service to the organization.
Vida OLE! kicked off Thursday, September 17, with the annual Visionaries Luncheon hosted by Trinchero Family Estates. The following evening, Opus One, Stony Hill and Theorem Vineyards opened their doors for intimate Vintner Dinners, giving guests the chance to gather around the table with vintners, OLE Health leaders and fellow supporters.
