General Admission Grand Tasting Badges Remain the Last Ticket Available for October 22–25 Festival Weekend
September 23, 2026 (Fredericksburg, TX) — With Festival Weekend just weeks away, the Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival today announced its complete 2026 lineup, including an expanded activation list across all four days. Opening Night, the Friday Street Dinner and Après Garden Party, VIP and All Access badges, and the Waterfront Brunch are now sold out, leaving General Admission Grand Tasting badges as the last way into the region’s largest celebration of Hill Country food, wine and hospitality.
This year’s festival continues its commitment to the community through the Hill Country Hospitality Worker Emergency Relief Fund, which expanded its reach in August through a new partnership with the Southern Smoke Foundation.
Grand Tasting Adds New Activations Saturday’s Grand Tasting at Marktplatz (1:00–5:00 PM, VIP early entry at 12:00 PM) will feature more than 75 wine, culinary, brewery and distillery tastings, all included with badge access. New to this year’s Grand Tasting:
- A brand-new Rosé Garden
- The Slate Theory Silent Disco
- Additional curated lounges from Llano Estacado and Lost Draw, joining returning lounges from William Chris and Halter Ranch and the Grape Creek VIP lounge
Returning favorites include the Grand Tasting Pavilion powered by Uncork Texas Wines, welcome cocktails from Tito’s Handmade Vodka, the Heath Sparkling Garden, a rotisserie wild hog roast activation from Jesse Griffiths x Millscale, the Beer Garden, the Surtierra Tequila Cantina, the Meuse Shopping Market, and live music curated by Crossroads Saloon.
The Flint & Flame Culinary Demo Stage will spotlight local talent including Eaker Barbecue, Fischer & Wieser and Dietz Distillery, alongside Axis, the highly anticipated new Fredericksburg restaurant from Mike Robinson.
A dedicated Wine Education Stage, curated by Texas Hill Country Wineries, rounds out the day’s programming with sessions including “Four Under 40: The Next Generation of Texas Wine” and “Beyond the Label: Why Texas Wine Is Turning Heads,” along with additional topics to be announced.
Opening Night Lineup Grows Sold-out Opening Night at Contigo Ranch (Thursday, October 22, 6:00–8:00 PM), sponsored by Marian Lee & Associates, will showcase bites and wine pairings from an expanded lineup of Hill Country producers, including Hill Country Herb Garden, Mikey’s Garden, Roam Ranch, Zuly’s, Prochnow Winery, Pontotoc Vineyard, K Estate, Heath Sparkling, Halter Ranch Texas and Michael Ros, alongside a signature cocktail and curated bar from LALO Tequila and Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
Street Dinner Wine Lineup Announced The sold-out Friday Street Dinner (October 23, 6:00–9:00 PM, with the new Après Garden Party add-on running to 10:00 PM), presented by Waldorf Astoria, will pair its four-course, street-side dinner with wines from Ferris & Fletch, Michael Ros, Pebble Rock and Becker Vineyards. The evening’s new late-night add-on, the Après Garden Party, turns the street into an outdoor piano bar with fromage service, chocolate, bubbles and martinis.
Last Tickets Available General Admission Grand Tasting badges remain available at $125 (Local) and $150 (GA), granting full access to Saturday’s tastings, activations, live music and retail market at Marktplatz. All other badges and events, including All Access, VIP Grand Tasting, Opening Night, the Street Dinner and Sunday Brunch, are officially sold out.
